These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Guest", or "Client") and Cielo Milano Hospitality & Media S.r.l. ("Cielo Milano", "Company", "we"). By navigating, viewing, accessing, or requesting VIP concierge assistance through Viblybuzzpockt.cyou, you explicitly signify your unreserved assent to these Terms. If you do not accept these provisions, you must discontinue your use of our platforms immediately.

2. Editorial Nature & Concierge Services

Cielo Milano publishes authoritative curations, architectural analyses, and cultural critiques of Italian rooftop clubs, lounges, and hospitality institutions. While our concierge desk assists VIP patrons in securing reservations and private venue buyouts, Cielo Milano does not own or operate the independent venues featured unless explicitly stated. Each individual rooftop establishment reserves ultimate sovereignty regarding entry admittance, door policies, dress code enforcement, minimum spend allocations, and behavioral standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets, layout architectures, WebGL shader scripts, proprietary compilations, typography pairings, custom vectors, photography rights, and trademarked designations (including CIELO MILANO) displayed across this web application are the exclusive intellectual property of Cielo Milano Hospitality & Media S.r.l. or licensed from third parties under valid agreements.

No portion of this platform may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, spidered, scraped, framed, or commercially leveraged without prior explicit written authorization from our corporate legal office.

4. User Obligations & Conduct Restrictions

Users accessing Cielo Milano agree strictly not to:

Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or algorithmic extractors to harvest content, images, or contact databases.
Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or speculative concierge reservation inquiries for third parties without express authority.
Introduce malicious scripts, viruses, or computational loads intended to degrade our visual rendering engine.
Infringe upon the intellectual property or personal data rights of our featured venues and patrons.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Italian and European law, Cielo Milano Hospitality & Media S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

Any denied admission by an independent rooftop venue due to dress code violations or capacity limits.
Sudden modifications in venue operational hours, weather-related terrace closures, or seasonal menu pricing.
Temporary technical downtime or service interruptions resulting from telecommunications infrastructure failure.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising in connection with your use of this digital application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Italy, excluding conflict of law principles.

Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano), Italy. For consumers resident within the European Union, the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
